The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing registration processes, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
2.
Register patients or clients by collecting necessary information accurately and efficiently.
3.
Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments or fees as required.
4.
Schedule appointments and update appointment calendars as needed.
5.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
6.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
7.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
8.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
9.
Follow established protocols and procedures for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
10.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
Job Types:
