7K a year Ivy Kids at Long Meadow Farms is looking for Administrative Assistant with Childcare experience.
Experience with Procare is a must.
Job Summary / Purpose:
Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support duties for Director and Education Director.
Duties may include fielding telephone calls, touring prospective families, admissions, accounts receivables, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, etc.
Administrative Assistants facilitate the efficient operation of the school.
Administrative Assistant must maintain positive supportive relationships with staff, children, and parents.
Administrative Assistant reports to the Director and/or Education Director.
Qualifications:
? High school Diploma or GED ? One or more years experience working with children in a childcare center ? Be able to drive the program vehicle ? Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions ? Must be able to proficiently read, write and communicate verbally in English ? Must be able to interact and communicate with children, staff and parents ? Must maintain at least 24 hours of training each year ? Ability to deal with children and make good decisions ? Proficient skills in typing, word processing, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
? Must have strong communication ? Experience with Procare Job Type:
