Responsibilities:
Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following an innovative approach to education Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers via parent-teacher conferences Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment Attend staff meetings, trainings and school functions Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom Commit to professional development and continuing education Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom
Experience:
Priority give to those with a Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or have their degree within the first year of employment Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school preferred Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Proficiency in classroom management techniques Ivybrook Academy is a half-day preschool committed to providing a balanced educational program that fosters individuality, creativity, and life-long learning.

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors.
As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for children.

Duties:
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities and outings - Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities - Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times - Assist with meal times, including serving and clean-up - Provide guidance and support to campers, promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution - Collaborate with other counselors to create a positive and inclusive camp experience - Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, incidents, and any necessary documentation Skills:
