We are seeking a person with excellent customer service skills to be a valuable team member to both our patients and our team.
Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette Good understanding of customer service.
(Previous sales and customer service experience preferred) Outgoing personality Previous experience in insurance verification and billing preferred Previous experience with leads' in-bound and out-bound calls preferred Hours:
