Dental Front Office Assistant (FT)
Richmond, TX Richmond, TX Full-time Full-time $13 - $28 an hour $13 - $28 an hour 1 hour ago 1 hour ago 1 hour ago Our office is looking for a Front Desk Personnel WITH DENTAL EXPERIENCE who has attention to detail, great communication skills, a bubbly outgoing personality with excellent customer service who wants to be part of a dynamic, growing practice.
Ideal candidate is punctual, proactive, a team player and thorough communicator! Some of the Job Duties:
Greeting & checking patients in, verifying paperwork, consent forms Answer and respond to telephone calls with professional and friendly tone Update insurance information on all patients at all times, able to do breakdowns and verify Organize supporting materials for claim forms, (radiographs or narratives, as directed by doctor) Providing support to other team members of the office as needed Background in data entry is a PLUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE A MUST Experience with dental insurance strongly preferred and speaking a second language is a plus!
