Provides care to patients in a professional manner and continuously demonstrates a passion for care consistent with the vision of the clinic -Adheres to general clinic guidelines and physician approved protocols -Documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing/clinical policy.
-Diagnoses and treats common conditions, provides preventative health screenings, interventions, counseling, and prescribe medications as needed to patients.
Provides accurate physical assessment, diagnoses, and treatment of common family illnesses for patients over 24 months.
-Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are carefully and completely documented in the EMR -Educates Walk-in Lab patients and assist in specimen collection process for lab tests as needed; conducts and interprets certain diagnostic and point of care lab tests.
-Pre and post travel medicine consultations, counseling and prescriptions following provided on the job training guidelines/physician protocols -Assistpatients manage their well-being with on-site and off-site vaccinations and patient education as required and as needed.
-proficient in Daily use of computer, software programs (EMR), printer, scanner, and credit/debit card equipment -Develop a close working relationship with other managers at the clinic location -Perform other non-clinical duties as required -Complete financial responsibilities pertaining to customer payments when required.
-Identify opportunities within local communities for development of outreach activities when necessary.
Willing to participate in community outreach programs onsite and off-site to promote awareness and services of the clinic when necessary Job Types:
