Program Assistant- Behavioral Health SCHEDULE:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 10:
00am - 7:
00pm; Rotating Saturdays (8a - 12p) / Weekend availability PAY:
$18.
00/ hour

Responsible for performing duties of a moderate to difficult nature, involving a considerable variety and complexity of assignments which require independent judgment in applying program policies, procedures, and guidelines to work situations.
Works collaboratively with other departments including staff in support of direct patient care, in order to promote and maintain positive business relationships with other employees, agencies and with the public.
Reports to and works under the general supervision of the department Director or Manager who assigns duties and reviews work for effectiveness according to established work standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides administrative support for the department Director and Managers as needed.
Prioritizes work according to departmental needs; determines workflow problems and develops solutions.
Receives, sorts, analyzes, and summarizes material for the preparation of reports; maintains department records.
Prepares advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation documents as assigned including manuals, brochures, reports, budget documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
Assists in the development of program evaluation tools, techniques, and methods.
Assists in the development and implementation of quality assurance/quality improvement measures for the department.
Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement of this position.
A professional and courteous manner and an ability to work harmoniously with other employees, clients and the general public.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED certificate Prior administrative or clerical experience in clinical or community-based setting highly preferred.
Typing ability required.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
